Clitoria ternatea, is a plant that is commonly found throughout South East Asian countries the bright blue petals from the flowers of the butterfly-pea plant have been used as an ingredient in herbal tea drinks through out the region for centuries as well as used in cooking. The blue flower imparts its blue color when steeped in warm or hot water, leading it to be used as a dye, as well as to add color to various dishes, drinks.
Usage Instructions : Infuse 3 to 4 flowers in 120ml of hot water for 5-6 minutes. You can add lemon juice and honey for taste.
